Why did he name it Tiger Butter? Well names like ‘traditional’, ‘caramel’, ‘toffee’, ‘original’ just did not do justice to this formidably amazing flavour — courtesy of the green grass of Ireland, eaten by the cows, transformed into milk and then produced as butter by Kerrygold.
