When pouring this chocolate fudge into the tray to set Tomás swirls in mini-marshmallow (these contain wheat starch).
It tastes like a hot chocolate in solid form — very like a rocky road traybake but the only addition is marshmallows.
Note: This fudge is not suitable for coeliacs.
