Coconut Iced Fudge (n)

This is the vanilla fudge with coconut added — I was very insistent about this as I love coconut ice.

What was really strange was how much the flavour improved when he added a strip of pink in the middle — extra work yes but well worth it!

This fudge contains nuts.
