Chocolate and Banana Swirl Fudge

This is a pretty fudge to look at and tastes pretty amazing too.  Tomás mixes the rich chocolately chocolate fudge with the sweet banana flavour of bananas and cream.

The very best way of using this fudge is to add in small pieces to an icecream sundae – Knickerbocker Glory indeed.
